Key Responsibilities of a Hotel Manager
Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Security.
Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Manage Social Media Account/ Marketing
Supervise, train, and evaluate hotel staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
Monitor hotel occupancy, revenue, expenses, and budgets to achieve financial goals.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and local government regulations.
Coordinate with department heads to maintain seamless hotel operations.
Monitor inventory and oversee procurement of hotel supplies and equipment.
Prepare operational, financial, and performance reports for management.
Promote the hotel through sales, marketing, and guest relationship initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary.
Ensure the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and coordinate repairs or renovations as needed.
Handle emergency situations and implement crisis management procedures.
