Treasury Assistant
1. Assist with cash flow, forecasting and monitor daily cash balances.
2. Process payments, wire transfers and other transactions similar to this.
3. Prepare daily banking activity reports / cash position reports.
4. Document cash transactions and reconcile bank deposits and payments.
5. Maintain financial records and process treasury payments.
6. Assign check numbers and mark payments in Zoho.
7. Ensure sufficient funds for operations and capital needs.
8. Other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Bachelor’s in Accountancy, BSBA courses related to banking and finance.
2. High level of accuracy and keen to details.
3. Knowledgeable in MS office application, word and excel.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Results oriented and ability to function in a team environment.
6. Willing to work in Makati City
