About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Store Crew members to join our team at our Las Piñas City location in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining our store operations. As part of our store crew, you will be at the heart of our business, ensuring our customers have an excellent experience every time they visit. This role is essential to our day-to-day success and offers the opportunity to develop valuable retail and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

1. Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service at all times

2. Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about our baked goods and offerings

3. Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system

4. Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic store environment in compliance with health and safety standards

5. Stock shelves and displays with fresh products, ensuring attractive presentation

6. Handle cash and card payments with accuracy and honesty

7. Support promotional activities and special events as required

8. Assist in inventory management and reporting stock levels to management

9. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations

10. Follow company policies, procedures and brand guidelines consistently

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in retail or customer service roles, with a track record of excellent customer interaction

2. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers

3. Numeracy skills and accuracy when handling payments and transactions

4. Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work full-time hours including weekends and public holidays as required

5. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks

6. A friendly, positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service

7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

8. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting

9. Basic product knowledge or willingness to learn about our baked goods and merchandise

10. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store cleanliness and presentation standards
