Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.

  • Coordinate employee requirements, contracts, and HR documentation.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist in payroll preparation, timekeeping, and government compliance.

  • Support employee engagement and company activities.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and labor laws is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.

  • Applicants with a motorcycle and a valid driver's license are at an advantage.

  • Willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
