Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Coordinate employee requirements, contracts, and HR documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll preparation, timekeeping, and government compliance.
Support employee engagement and company activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and labor laws is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
Applicants with a motorcycle and a valid driver's license are at an advantage.
Willing to work in Mandaue City, Cebu.
