Job Purpose
To monitor and administer the eScience CRM system and company-issued iPads used by Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs), ensuring accurate reporting of field activities, compliance with company policies, and proper usage of company-issued gadgets.
The role supports management by providing timely activity reports, monitoring field force discipline, and ensuring data integrity within the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Force Activity Monitoring
Monitor daily login and logout of MSRs through the eScience system.
Track doctor calls, meeting logs, and field coverage reports.
Identify late logins, missed calls, incomplete reports, and irregular field activities.
Provide daily activity monitoring reports to Sales Heads.
2. CRM System Administration
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system updates in the eScience application.
Ensure proper data synchronization between online and offline reporting.
Maintain accuracy and completeness of CRM records.
Assist field force in basic troubleshooting related to the CRM system.
3. Compliance and Monitoring
Detect false calls, unusual activity patterns, or possible system misuse.
Monitor non-usage of the CRM system or irregular reporting practices.
Escalate compliance issues to Sales Management and HRD when necessary.
Maintain documentation of system violations or irregular activities.
4. Gadget and Asset Monitoring
Maintain a registry of company-issued iPads assigned to the field force.
Monitor proper usage, maintenance, and accountability of devices.
Report loss, damage, misuse, or non-maintenance of issued gadgets.
Coordinate with Admin for device replacement, repair, or issuance when required.
Supporting Responsibilities
(In coordination with Sales or Marketing & IT)
Assist in sales activity reporting and data consolidation.
Support sales performance tracking based on CRM data.
Assist in CRM-based analytics and reporting when required.
Support monitoring of territory coverage and field activity patterns.
IT support coordination
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience in CRM administration, sales reporting, or pharma sales support is an advantage.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
