What You'll Do in the Role

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, delivery tracking, billing concerns, and general account support.

  • Review artwork submissions and provide guidance on design specifications and file requirements.

  • Process order updates, artwork revisions, reprints, and schedule adjustments accurately and efficiently.

  • Educate customers about products, services, and available solutions.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Conduct outbound calls when necessary to provide updates or follow up on customer requests.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders.

Skills /Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support or client service across phone, email, and chat.

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Comfortable using various digital tools, business applications, and online platforms.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.

  • Knowledge of artwork preparation, including dimensions, file formats, color matching, and print-ready design principles.

  • Experience supporting customers in a print, design, branding, or creative services environment.
