Technical Trainer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Automotive preferred) or related technical field. 

• Experience  Minimum 4–8 years of experience in automotive technical training, service operations, or technical support.

  SKILLS:

•   Strong technical knowledge (ICE & EV platforms preferred).

• Presentation and facilitation skills.

•   Training material development capability. 

• LMS and digital learning familiarity .

• Communication and coordination skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Training Planning & Delivery-  Develop and execute training calendar for dealer and PGM technicians.  Conduct new model and EV technical training sessions.  Deliver refresher and skill enhancement programs.

•   Training Quality Management - Collect and analyze participant feedback.  Conduct post-training assessments and monitor pass rates.  Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.

•   LMS & Digital Learning-  Ensure technician and staff registration on LMS platform.  Monitor engagement and module completion performance.  Conduct online training sessions as per plan. 

• Training Center Management - Ensure availability of required tools and training equipment.  Maintain training hall readiness before sessions.  Support audit compliance for training infrastructure. 

• Coordination & Reporting-  Align with HQ technical teams for product updates.  Submit structured monthly training reports.  Maintain proper documentation of training activities.
