Salesforce Developer (Jr. & Sr. Level)
About the Role & The Mission
We are looking for an elite Developer who lives and breathes the Salesforce platform—someone who treats Apex like an art form and Lightning Web Components (LWC) like a playground.
If you are a high-aptitude problem solver who feels held back by standard, maintenance-heavy roles, this is your seat at the table. You will work on complex, high-data-volume, custom app development projects with a team that values absolute technical quality.
What’s In It For You?
Direct CTA Mentorship: You will be coached and mentored by a Certified Technical Architect (CTA). If your goal is to break into the top 1% of the global Salesforce ecosystem, there is no better place to be.
Elite Autonomy: We despise micromanagement. You will be trusted with high-level architectural problems and given the freedom to design and implement the solutions.
Radical Skill Acceleration: You will get hands-on experience with complex integrations and high-volume data structures that will force you to level up your engineering skills every day.
Key Responsibilities & The "Goods" We’re Looking For:
Apex Mastery: Deep fluency with advanced Object-Oriented design patterns, trigger frameworks, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Future). You write highly bulkified code by pure instinct.
LWC Fluency: Ability to build sleek, responsive, and highly performant custom components that optimize the user experience.
Integration Chops: Proven experience connecting Salesforce to external enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, handling complex authentication, custom exception mapping, and error logs cleanly.
Systemic Thinking: An engineering mindset. You don’t just patch a localized bug; you instantly evaluate and protect the downstream health of the entire multi-cloud org.
The "Architect" Brain: You know exactly when to utilize declarative tools (Flows), when to deploy programmatic code (Apex), and when to confidently advise a stakeholder against a request to protect platform scalability.
Job Requirements:
Must be explicitly based in the Philippines (This is a 100% remote position open to applicants nationwide).
Proven track record as a Salesforce Developer focusing on heavy programmatic customization (Apex, LWC). Platform Developer I (PDI) or II (PDII) certifications are highly advantageous.
Technical Deep-Dive Readiness: You must be able to pass a rigorous, code-level technical interview. We will talk custom architecture, framework design, and platform mechanics—not just high-level theory.
Product Owner Mindset: You are an engineer who cares deeply about the business "Why" behind a feature, not just the technical "How."
Additional Information:
Years of Experience: Open to all experience tiers, provided you can clear our advanced technical screening.
Job Function: Information Technology / Software Engineering
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Setup: 100% Home-Based / Remote
