Safety Officer 3 (DP Pulilan Bulacan)
Ensure over all safety
Report directly to the superior regarding safety concerns, recommendations and other related safety issues.
Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies for both plants DPP to ensure compliance with requirements and industry standards.
Conduct safety training sessions for employees, including safety officers, to ensure they are well-informed about safety protocols, procedures, regulatory compliance.
Serves as Secretary to the Health and Safety Committee (Prepare minutes of meetings, reports status of recommendations made.)
Responsible in submissions of all mandatory requirements to other agencies and liaisons to DOLE-OSH.
Responsible for implementation of Department Order 198-18.
Collaborate with Safety Officers to address identified issues promptly and to implement necessary safety improvements.
Regularly communicate safety updates, initiatives and best practices.
Lead or participate in safety committees or meetings to develop and implement safety initiatives, review safety performance and address safety- related concern.
Correct unsafe acts and unsafe conditions through the regular line of authority.
Provide guidance, support and mentorship to Safety Officers.
Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to foster professional development.
Acts a s advisory capacity on all members pertaining to Health and Safety for the guidance of the management and the employees.
Conduct Drills and exercise to assess preparedness and identify areas for improvement.
