Fullgoods Department Head (El Salvador Plant)

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably in business, supply chain management, logistics, or related field.

• At least 3 years supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally in FMCG or beverage industry.

• Strong background in inventory control, warehouse management systems (e.g., System 21), and stock reconciliation.

• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and OSH compliance requirements.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in handling warehouse teams and coordinating cross-functional operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end fullgoods warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, dispatch, inventory accuracy, and proper accountability of all stocks and returnables (pallets, crates, RGB empties, etc.).

• Lead and develop warehouse personnel while enforcing safety, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and OSH compliance, and driving continuous process improvements to meet KPI targets.

• Coordinate with production, QA, logistics, and sales, while preparing reports, managing inventory systems (e.g., System 21), and exercising operational authority including scheduling, approvals, and disciplinary actions.
