Job Description:
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned accounts to drive premium growth and business solicitation.
Ensure strong renewal persistency through timely follow-ups via calls, SMS, and email reminders.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including:
Issuing quotations
Requesting policy issuance
Coordinating payment applications
Monitoring and collecting payments
Handling policy cancellations (if applicable)
Sending policies, receipts, and correspondence
Monitoring and following up on claims
Providing renewal advice and follow-ups
Track renewal accounts and document all assigned activities, with regular reporting to management.
Conduct product presentations and meetings with bank partners or clients, either remotely or onsite.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
With a pleasing personality
With good communication skills
