Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with assigned accounts to drive premium generation and account solicitation.
Ensure high renewal persistency by executing timely follow-ups through call-outs, SMS, and email reminders.
Manage the full sales cycle, including:
Issuance of quotations
Requesting policy issuance
Coordinating payment applications
Monitoring and collecting payments
Handling policy cancellations (if applicable)
Sending policies, receipts, and correspondence
Claims monitoring and follow-ups
Renewal advice and follow-ups
Track renewal accounts and document all assigned activities with regular reporting to management.
Conduct product presentations and meetings with bank partners or clients, either remotely or on-site.
