Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary
The Recruitment Specialist – is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates for Promodiser positions. This role ensures the timely fulfillment of manpower requirements while delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization's recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Sourcing
Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting for hard-to-fill positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified Promodiser candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
Candidate Screening and Selection
Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial interviews and competency-based assessments.
Verify candidate credentials, employment history, and references when required.
Endorse shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for final interviews.
Manage and monitor the recruitment process from application through job offer.
Recruitment Operations
Prepare and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure recruitment documents are complete, accurate, and properly maintained.
Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Generate recruitment reports and provide regular hiring status updates.
Employer Branding
Represent and promote the company's employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
Foster a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
Compliance and Administration
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Maintain the confidentiality of applicant information and recruitment records.
Support pre-employment requirements and onboarding documentation for new hires.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail, apparel, fashion, FMCG, or manpower recruitment.
Experience in volume hiring and recruiting field-based personnel is an advantage.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online recruitment platforms.
Experience using iTIME (Online Personnel Management System) or a similar HRIS is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting hiring targets.
Willing to work onsite in Gilmore, New Manila, Quezon City.
Amenable to a compressed work schedule, Monday to Friday.
Preferred Experience
Experience recruiting Promodisers, Merchandisers, Sales Associates, Retail Staff, or other store-based personnel.
Familiarity with retail operations, store deployment, and field recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience using iTIME (Online Personnel Management System), including employee record management, attendance monitoring, and personnel administration, is highly preferred.
