Process Engineer

Job description:

Qualifications

• Graduate of Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in a continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.

• Knowledgeable in industry-specific regulations and standards such as GMP.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drives continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance quality, productivity, efficiency, waste reduction, and safety.

• Leads new product, equipment, and process introduction from proposal through mass production, including documentation, standards setting, and personnel orientation.

• Maintains and updates production documents and standards (SOPs, WIs, outputs, manpower, waste limits) and conducts related training.

• Monitors production performance, including waste compliance and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and conducts root cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions.

• Leads cross-functional teams for process improvement initiatives and ensures production readiness for new product launches.
