Human Resources Specialist
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified applicants.
Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms and social media.
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate applicants based on company qualifications and hiring standards.
Coordinate with department heads and management regarding recruitment requirements and candidate endorsements.
Prepare employment-related documents such as job offers, employment contracts, endorsement letters, memoranda, and other HR correspondence.
Maintain and update employee records, recruitment databases, and HR master files.
Monitor recruitment progress and prepare hiring reports as needed.
Process timekeeping for assigned employees and ensure attendance records are accurate.
Assist in payroll administration by preparing attendance data and supporting payroll requirements.
Assist in onboarding newly hired employees and monitor completion of pre-employment requirements.
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
