HR Recruitment
Gencore is looking for a HR Recruitment to handle end-to-end hiring—from sourcing and screening to coordination and onboarding—supporting our growing workforce.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and staffing needs.
Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
Perform reference checks and background verification.
Prepare job offers and employment contracts for selected candidates.
Maintain a database of applicants and talent pools for future hiring needs.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring status.
Onboarding and Employee Integration
Facilitate pre-employment requirements and documentation.
Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Coordinate employee deployment with concerned departments.
Ensure completion of onboarding documents and company policies acknowledgment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience in recruitment within the construction industry is preferred.
Familiarity with hiring technical and construction-related positions such as Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Supervisors, Skilled Workers, and Administrative Staff.
Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media sourcing.
Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
