HR Recruitment

Gencore is looking for a HR Recruitment to handle end-to-end hiring—from sourcing and screening to coordination and onboarding—supporting our growing workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and staffing needs.

  • Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms, social media, and other sourcing channels.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements.

  • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.

  • Perform reference checks and background verification.

  • Prepare job offers and employment contracts for selected candidates.

  • Maintain a database of applicants and talent pools for future hiring needs.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring status.

Onboarding and Employee Integration

  • Facilitate pre-employment requirements and documentation.

  • Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.

  • Coordinate employee deployment with concerned departments.

  • Ensure completion of onboarding documents and company policies acknowledgment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Experience in recruitment within the construction industry is preferred.

  • Familiarity with hiring technical and construction-related positions such as Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Supervisors, Skilled Workers, and Administrative Staff.

  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media sourcing.

  • Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet recruitment deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
