🔧 Position: SITE-based HV/LV MECHANIC
📍 Location: Didipio, Nueva Vizcaya Philippines

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs safely and in accordance with OEM recommendations, client requirements, and company procedures.

• Demonstrate reliability in attending rostered shifts and responding promptly to planned maintenance and equipment breakdowns.

• Maintain responsibility for ensuring all mobile plant, light vehicles, and auxiliary equipment remain safe, reliable, and operational.

• Accurately diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard, minimizing equipment downtime and repeat failures.

• Maintain accountability for the proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, workshop equipment, and company assets.

• Complete maintenance documentation, service records, and inspection reports accurately and in a timely manner.

• Identify equipment defects, wear, or potential failures and report them promptly to supervisors with appropriate repair recommendations.

• Follow all site safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, isolation procedures, and permit-to-work systems.

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, both underground and within the workshop.

• Support operational requirements through a flexible, professional, and dependable approach to maintenance activities, breakdown response, and shutdown work.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality workmanship, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.

• Vocational/Technical diploma in Automotive, Diesel, or Heavy Equipment Technology; TESDA NC II (Heavy

• Equipment or Automotive Servicing) preferred.

• with 3 to 5 experiences in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, light vehicles, auxiliary equipment in mining, construction, or industrial settings (e.g., SANY Telehandlers, Volvo L120 Wheel Loaders).

• Strong knowledge in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs; able to read OEM manuals, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams.

• Willing to work a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster (12-hour day/night shifts).

• With Professional Driver’s License (1,2,3 or A–D); able to operate manual transmission vehicles.

• Can start immediately.

• Preferably residing around Nueva Vizcaya.
