Service Advisor
We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our BYD Aftersales team in Las Piñas. The Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service experience while coordinating general maintenance, preventive care, and repair works in line with BYD standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with service bookings, inquiries, and general maintenance requirements.
Provide accurate job estimates, timelines, and service recommendations.
Coordinate with technicians on preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair tasks.
Ensure timely updates to customers regarding service progress and completion.
Promote service packages, maintenance schedules, and warranty programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or vocational course in Automotive, Mechanical, or related field.
1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
Knowledge of general vehicle maintenance and repair.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
