Innovations & Renovations Assistant (New Product Development)

Job Description

The Innovation and Renovation Assistant provides administrative and project coordination support to ensure the timely execution of innovation and product renovation initiatives. The role assists in managing project documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners, and supporting product evaluation and continuous improvement activities.

This position also oversees the management and coordination of consumer complaints to ensure concerns are properly evaluated, addressed, and translated into product improvement opportunities that enhance product performance and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support for innovation and product renovation projects.

• Maintain and manage project documentation, timelines, and records.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners to support project execution.

• Monitor and facilitate the evaluation and resolution of consumer complaints.

• Consolidate and analyze product evaluation data and project-related information.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and internal processes.

• Assist in tracking project progress and preparing status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of product development, project management, and project coordination.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Relevant internship or experience in product development, research & development (R&D), or project management is an advantage.

• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
