Office Staff - Cebu City Site!!

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files.

  • Prepare, organize, and manage office documents and reports.

  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

  • Coordinate with different departments regarding office-related concerns.

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars when required.

  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records.

  • Provide general office support and assist management with assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.

  • With or without work experience.

  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
