About the role

Everblue Development and Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Chinese Cook to join our team in Ubay, Bohol. As a fulltime Chinese Cook, you will be responsible for preparing authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine for our clients and guests. What you'll be doing

1. Preparing a variety of Chinese dishes following traditional recipes and techniques

2. Ensuring consistent high quality and presentation of all menu items

3. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

4. Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials

5. Adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations

6. Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Chinese Cook in a professional kitchen setting

2. Expertise in preparing a wide range of traditional Chinese dishes, including Cantonese, Sichuan, and Hunan cuisines

3. Thorough knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation

4. Strong time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
