Project Staff for Graphic Design and Multimedia Arts
The Project Staff for Graphic Design and Multimedia Arts is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual communication materials that promote the BPSU Technology Business Incubator (TBI) and its incubatees. The position develops creative branding assets, digital content, marketing collaterals, and multimedia materials that strengthen the visibility and market readiness of technology-based agri-enterprises. The Project Staff also supports promotional campaigns, events, and market linkage activities through engaging visual storytelling and creative content production.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Digital Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia production, branding, or digital content creation. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio, internship, or freelance experience are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in graphic design and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple design projects within deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, professional collaterals and reports. Event coordination experience (trade fairs, pitching events, webinars) is an advantage.
Willing to travel within and outside Bataan Province to document project activities, trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Design and produce Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, including brochures, posters, flyers, infographics, banners, enterprise profiles, technology briefs, and presentation materials.
Develop creative visual content for the BPSU Technology Business Incubator's social media platforms, website, newsletters, and other digital communication channels.
Create marketing and promotional materials for incubatees to enhance product branding and market visibility.
Maintain and ensure consistency of the BPSU TBI visual identity and branding across all print and digital platforms.
Provide layout and graphic design support for reports, presentations, publications, and project documentation.
Assist incubatees in developing product labels, packaging concepts, branding materials, and other visual assets aligned with market and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with project staff, incubatees, and external partners in the production of creative materials for exhibitions, trade fairs, pitching events, and market linkage activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Project Leader, TBI Unit Manager, or TETO Officer for Incubation.
