Job Description
Discover new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and assessing their position within the industry through research and sales analysis.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering support, information, and guidance; proactively recommend new opportunities and strategies for improving profitability and service quality.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential product enhancements or new product ideas.
Manage sales calls and close deals over the phone, ensuring a positive customer experience and long-term relationships.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to uphold and enhance the company’s reputation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.
Results-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Must be willing to work night shifts (U.S. time zone)
Compensation:
We offer a salary of 25,000, with total compensation of up to 50,000 including bonuses, based on performance.
