KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary contact for Mortgage Managers, responding promptly to enquiries, requests, and escalations.

  • Manage mortgage rates in Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely updates

  • Prepare professional rate sheets, guides, and other documentation using Canva, Word, and relevant tools.

  • Process user refund requests and other administrative actions as required

  • Format, organise, and maintain documentation, including file management, record keeping, and version control.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance Mortgage Manager support processes using technology, automation, and AI solutions

  • Assist in creating templates, guides, and materials to streamline communication and workflows.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Mortgage Managers receive high-quality, timely support.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Required: Should have atleast 12 months experience in an administrative or loan writer support capacity within the mortgage sector.

  • Should have broker support experience

  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management, Word for document production, and PDF tools for creating and editing forms (essential).

  • Proven ability to prepare clear written material and communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders (essential).

  • Strong organisational abilities with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail (essential).

  • Track record of resolving Mortgage Manager or partner queries efficiently and effectively (essential).

  • Familiarity with process automation and AI tools is advantage.

  • Familiarity with JavaScript for developing interactive forms (desirable).
