Supply & Demand Planning Analyst | US Client | Nightshift

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two to four weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Eastern Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Supply reliability is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting high-volume distribution across licensed and owned products and brands. Given our expanding brand portfolio and rapid inventory turnover, demand and supply planning is essential to operational success.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Supply & Demand Planning Analyst to manage forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, inventory to budget planning, and supply chain coordination across multiple product categories, brands, and sales channels. This role ensures optimal stock levels, minimizes out-of-stocks, forecast and maintain purchasing budget, and provides data-driven insights to guide purchasing and production planning to ensure On Time and In Full delivery to customers.

The ideal candidate has experience in CPG forecasting, inventory management, purchasing budget creation and adherence, Business Central 365, and working with data-driven planning tools. Need to have expert level capability in excel.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Develop short- and long-term demand forecasts based on future looking sales forecast, sales history, retailer programs, seasonal trends, and product lifecycle data.
• Partner with Vendors, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to align on forecast assumptions and demand signals.
• Maintain SKU-level forecasting models for multiple brands and product categories.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels across warehouses, ensuring optimal stock availability for

E-commerce and retail partner orders.

• Track inbound POs and production schedules to ensure timely replenishment.
• Identify potential stockouts, overstock risks, and supply gaps, escalating to leadership when necessary.

Supply Coordination

• Support PO planning with vendors, manufacturers, and licensing partners.
• Coordinate timelines for production, packaging, shipping, warehouse receipt, and on time customer deliveries (from PO issuance to final customer delivery).
• Ensure demand plans align with vendor lead times and minimum order quantities.

Reporting & Analytics

• Create and maintain dashboards for SKU performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain reports for leadership.
• Provide insights on product performance, slow movers, and demand trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales on retailer forecasts, promotions, and new product launches.
• Partner with Operations to ensure supply continuity and prevent fulfillment bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Finance on COGS, forecast variance, and purchasing budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management experience (CPG preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with expert proficiency in Excel and Business Central 365.
• Experience with forecasting models, inventory optimization, and SKU-level planning.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple product lines in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
