Social Media Marketing Specialist

Posted 11h ago

Our Digital Marketing Partner based in Canada is seeking a detail-oriented SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST to support the planning, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting of social media content across multiple brands and client accounts.

This role is focused on social media execution, content coordination, platform management, research, reporting, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with content calendars, creative briefs, brand guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Experience with email marketing and Meta Ads is considered a strong advantage. The successful candidate may assist with email campaign uploads, email formatting, Meta Ads setup, paid social reporting, and campaign quality assurance when needed. However, this position is primarily focused on social media management and execution rather than senior-level email marketing, paid media strategy, or copywriting.

The Social Media Marketing Specialist may also assist in preparing first-draft captions, content ideas, social media posts, email drafts, and ad copy variations based on approved campaign briefs. Final messaging, brand voice, strategic positioning, and campaign direction will be reviewed and approved by the agency's leadership team or designated strategist.

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 to 42 hours per week. Mid-shift availability is preferred during the first 90 days to ensure collaboration and overlap with the client's operating hours.
