Human Resource Supervisor
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Supervisor to join our team at Premier Global Recruitment OPC in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our human resources function and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation. As a HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, managing key HR functions, and ensuring that our employees receive excellent service and support. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources and serves as a vital link between management and our workforce.
Key responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
Support the recruitment process by screening applications, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance management support
Maintain accurate and organised employee files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programmes, and professional development initiatives
Process payroll-related information and ensure timely and accurate employee compensation administration
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, policies, and procedures
Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with external partners such as recruitment agencies, training providers, and compliance bodies as needed
Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a human resources or recruitment role
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
Strong knowledge of employment law, labour standards, and HR best practices in the Philippines
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office applications
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organisational levels
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to work
Experience with recruitment consulting or staffing operations is highly desirable
Certifications in HR (such as CHRM or equivalent) are a valuable addition
