Operations Training and Support Assistant
The Operations Training Assistant supports the Operations Training Team in designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee performance, develop skills, and improve store operations. The role includes assisting in training coordination, monitoring performance results, and identifying training needs based on operational data and feedback.
Qualifications
Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
At least 1 year experience in food service, restaurant, or retail operations
Experience in training, supervision, or store operations is an advantage
Team Leaders / Team Captains with trainer experience are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring store and employee performance
Help identify training needs based on performance results and feedback
Support the delivery of training programs (OJT, classroom, and other methods)
Coordinate training schedules, participants, and materials
Assist in preparing training and performance reports
Contribute to improving training processes and operational solutions
Work closely with Operations and HR teams to support training needs
