Assistant Accounting Manager (NCR / Luzon)

Job Description

• Oversee the accounting operations of 3–5 branches to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Lead, coach, and supervise the accounting team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Consolidate, analyze, and present financial reports and key insights to management.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal procedures.

• Safeguard company assets through effective implementation and monitoring of internal controls and audit processes.

• Support decision-making by providing accurate financial data and recommendations.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA license is required.

• At least 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in accounting or finance.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar accounting systems.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Willing to work on-site in NCR branches, nearby SM Hypermarket locations in Luzon, or Head Office in Pasay.
