Assistant Accounting Manager (NCR / Luzon)
Job Description
Oversee the accounting operations of 3–5 branches to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Lead, coach, and supervise the accounting team to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Consolidate, analyze, and present financial reports and key insights to management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal procedures.
Safeguard company assets through effective implementation and monitoring of internal controls and audit processes.
Support decision-making by providing accurate financial data and recommendations.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA license is required.
At least 2–4 years of supervisory or leadership experience in accounting or finance.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar accounting systems.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Willing to work on-site in NCR branches, nearby SM Hypermarket locations in Luzon, or Head Office in Pasay.
