About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our offshore team. In this full-time role, you will provide outstanding support to our Australian customers by handling phone calls, emails, and online enquiries, processing orders, and resolving customer issues.
Working closely with our sales, warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams, you will help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time while providing general administrative support. This role reports to the Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Respond to enquiries regarding products, orders, pricing, and deliveries.
Liaise with freight companies and follow up on deliveries.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Excellent spoken and written English. (Essential)
Able to work Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT). (Essential)
Previous customer service experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a professional telephone manner.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
