Accounting Staff                                                             (1 position)        

Job Purpose:

To support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.0 Accounting Staff (Accounts Receivable)

• Maintain accurate sales, collection, and accounts receivable records.

• Monitor customer accounts, prepare SOAs and receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely payments.

• Prepare sales, collection, and aging reports to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Coordinate with customers, auditors, and internal departments to support financial operations and audit requirements.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any related field.

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), General Accounting, or related accounting functions is an advantage.

• Fresh Graduates: Highly encouraged to apply, especially graduates of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and related business or finance courses.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage but not required.
