Job Title: Accounting Liaison Staff
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, banks, and government agencies regarding accounting and financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation and submission of government compliance requirements (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGU, and other regulatory agencies).
Maintain organized filing systems for accounting and financial documents.
Prepare reports and status updates on collections, payments, and document monitoring.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or liaison work is an advantage.
Familiarity with accounting procedures and Philippine government compliance requirements is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Others:
Office-based with frequent fieldwork to banks, government agencies, suppliers, and clients.
Transportation and meal allowance may be provided during official business trips.

The company maintains its philosophy that only good products that will truly benefit the end-users should be carried and sold by Solanda. Thus, after-sales-service was put as the top agenda in its operations to achieved total customer satisfactions.
Due to the diverse product lines of the Company, Solanda had created eight Sales Department, which are represented by a Product Manager to ensure proper focus ad effective response to the needs of our dealers and customers.
