Job Title: Accounting Liaison Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, banks, and government agencies regarding accounting and financial transactions.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of government compliance requirements (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGU, and other regulatory agencies).

  • Maintain organized filing systems for accounting and financial documents.

  • Prepare reports and status updates on collections, payments, and document monitoring.

  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or liaison work is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with accounting procedures and Philippine government compliance requirements is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Others:

  • Office-based with frequent fieldwork to banks, government agencies, suppliers, and clients.

  • Transportation and meal allowance may be provided during official business trips.

Due to the diverse product lines of the Company, Solanda had created eight Sales Department, which are represented by a Product Manager to ensure proper focus ad effective response to the needs of our dealers and customers.
