Wealth Associate (QC Desk)

About You & the Role

The Wealth Associate is responsible for assisting the RO in marketing WMG products and services to existing and potential customers, building customer relationship and performing portfolio management and account administration; ensure delivery of high-quality customer experience by actively assisting in all relationship, customer service and wealth management activities of the RO; responsible for creation, maintenance and safekeeping of customer, account and transaction records


What You Will Be Doing

  • Assist Relationship Officers (ROs) in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio management

  • Support account activities (opening, maintenance, documentation, and transactions)

  • Coordinate and process client instructions with booking units and internal teams

  • Ensure timely and complete submission of transaction requirements and documents

  • Maintain accurate customer, account, and KYC records

  • Handle client inquiries and provide product information in the absence of the RO

  • Support sales and client engagement activities, including meeting preparation

  • Adhere to compliance requirements (KYC, CDD, policies, and procedures)

  • Perform administrative and reporting tasks to support daily operations

  • Maintains complete and up-to-date client and account records

  • Ensures smooth coordination with ROs and internal teams

  • Submits complete documentation within required timelines

  • Supports sales activities and strengthens client relationships


Qualifications We Value

  • College graduate

  • Fresh graduate to 1 year working experience (banking, relationship management, sales and marketing)

  • Basic knowledge on investment and financial concepts

  • MS Office literate

  • Must be able to interact with high net-worth clients as well as internal units of the bank to be able to facilitate client transactions.
