About the Role
Support day-to-day site execution mainly around telecom/cell site towers by coordinating manpower and monitoring progress, and preparing site reports and documentation. This role requires site visits and mobility, they must be able to drive.

What you’ll do

• Assist in supervising site activities and coordinating with foremen

• Monitor work progress vs. schedule and report updates

• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and basic site requirements

• Help ensure work quality based on plans/specs (basic QA/QC checks)

• Coordinate with office team for updates, RFIs, and reporting

What we’re looking for

• A graduate of any Engineering course, preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical. Electrical Engineering graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. PRC license not required.

• Willing to work on-site and travel between project locations

• With valid driver’s license

• Organized, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision

• Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills
