Accounting Staff
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staff member to handle Accounts Payable functions. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment of the company’s obligations to vendors and suppliers, while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with accounting policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and record supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery receipts, and supporting documents
Prepare and process payments (checks, bank transfers, online payments)
Monitor due dates and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain organized and updated accounts payable records and files
Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoice approvals and issues
Support audits by providing necessary documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in accounting or accounts payable (fresh graduates may be considered)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
