Vendor Management & Planning Jr. Manager

Job Summary

The Vendor Management & Planning Junior Manager supports the management of vendor performance and planning activities by ensuring compliance with service standards and SLAs, coordinating operational requirements with internal teams, and helping enable efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of parts and services in support of aftersales operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support monitoring of vendor and authorized service partner performance based on SLAs, KPIs, and service standards

  • Assist in vendor planning activities including service coverage, capacity planning, and demand forecasting for parts and services

  • Ensure vendor compliance with contractual, operational, and documentation requirements and escalate issues when needed

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Service Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to support service continuity and parts availability

  • Track vendor performance data and assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and performance analysis

  • Support implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives with vendors

  • Assist in handling vendor-related escalations and coordinate resolution of service, delivery, and quality issues

  • Maintain accurate vendor records, reports, and operational documentation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field

  • 5 years of experience in vendor coordination, procurement support, service operations, supply chain, or aftersales support

  • Knowledge of SLA monitoring, vendor performance tracking, and operational coordination

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic reporting tools

  • Experience in ERP, CRM, or supply chain systems is an advantage

  • Exposure to manufacturing, consumer durables, appliances, or service industry is preferred
