Job Description:

We are a leading Medicare contracted supplier that provides high-quality medical supplies and durable medical equipment to our valued patients. You will not find a more caring group of individuals who are selfless in their dedication to making sure our patient’s medical needs are always taken care of. We are quickly expanding and urgently looking for several highly skilled, self-motivated, and experienced individuals to join our Sales team receiving inbound and making outbound calls WORKING FROM HOME to enroll qualified patients for their medical supplies.

_ Roles and Responsibilities_

• The candidate will utilize the company phone system and CRM to assist patients with refilling orders, assist patients with their inquiries

• The candidate will receive inbound and place outbound enrollment calls

• Hours are from 8:30am-7:00pm Eastern time (Graveyard Shift)

• Different shifts may have different times

Job Requirement

• Fluent English Requirement

• Excellent Command of English Language

• Strong Comprehension of the English Language and Grammar

• Ability to Multi- task (type and talk)

• Experience Making Inbound and Outbound Phone Calls

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Demeanor

• Experience working on a Dialer or CRM

• Excellent Customer Service Skillsets

• Must-Have Sales and Customer Service experience

• Must be computer Literate
