Successful candidates will be assigned to either our:

1. Advanced Wound Care Division
Focused on wound care products used in hospitals, clinics, and patient care settings.

2. Interventional Cardiology Division
Focused on medical devices and products used in cardiovascular and catheterization-related procedures.

Successful candidates may be assigned to either division depending on qualifications, experience, training performance, and business requirements.

Work Setup

This position is primarily FIELD-BASED. The Medical Sales Representative will conduct daily hospital and clinic visits within Metro Manila and will report to the Ortigas office for meetings, training, reporting, and other work-related requirements when needed.

Product and sales training will be provided before field deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote assigned medical devices and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational activities.

• Manage assigned sales territory and achieve sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Support product evaluations, clinical procedures, product sampling, and deliveries when necessary.

• Prepare reports, maintain customer records, and manage daily schedules.

  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Biology, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or any related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (particularly Allied Health graduates).

• Medical sales or hospital experience is an advantage but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and goal-oriented.

• Willing to perform daily fieldwork and hospital visits.

• Willing to travel throughout Metro Manila.

• Applicants must be based in or near Metro Manila.

Preferred Applicants

• Allied Health graduates who are interested in medical sales.

• Medical Sales Experience is a plus.

• Applicants with hospital, clinic, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales exposure.

• Career shifters with strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

• Applicants who can start immediately or as soon as possible.

• Applicants who are comfortable speaking with doctors, nurses, purchasing officers, and hospital staff.
