EMERGENCY NURSE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking experienced nurses who are interested in joining our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for staffing emergency access telephone lines in our operations centers to respond to client health events and other emergencies. Additionally, the role also includes domestic & international deployments to support medical evacuations and perform a combination of medical logistics and research work. The logistics are in support of medevac operations that come into the office from our members, and the research is conducted in preparation for future operations (locating and establishing relationships with hospitals, air and ground evacuation providers, etc.).
We want Nurses who are team players with excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills who enjoy assisting our members.
Training will be provided.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of International pre-hospital or hospital experience (primarily in ER, A&E, Air Ambulance, Cruise Ship or Critical Care units).
Minimum of 1 year of call-handling experience (Telehealth/customer service experience).
An extensive background in emergency nursing/emergency medical dispatch, or a medical hotline, is an advantage.
Excellent English Communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficient in computer operations.
Attentive to details and follow-through.
Efficient time management and organisational skills.
Highly energetic and motivated to succeed.
Mission-driven in "doing whatever it takes" to help those in need.
Addtl info: Previous experience in Cruise ship or Flight nursing is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff emergency and general access telephone lines in our operations center
Respond to member health events and member/potential member inquiries via telephone and email.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries.
Effectively describe the nature and scope of Global Rescue services
Manage and coordinate logistics for field rescues from remote locations and patient transfers to/from hospitals (includes air, ground, sea, etc.)
Follow, maintain, and improve protocol, process, and quality standards for patient response and transport.
Execute assigned non-operational general office tasks with diligence and precision.
Domestic and International deployment when required.

Compensation: Base Salary + Annual performance bonus/salary increase
WORK SCHEDULE & ARRANGEMENT
Compressed workweek schedule:
3 consecutive working days & 3 successive rest days
Dayshift: 12 hours/day with an allotted 2-hour breaktime
Full-time, Office-based, Onsite ( Location: IBP Tower, Dona Julia Vargas Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila)
