Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage 3 emails applications and inquiries

· Conduct Genuine Student (GS) assessment for offshore and onshore student applications

· Upload files to Dropbox/eBECAS and update student records

· Revise Statement of Purpose

· Details verification

· Email creation

· Provide support to prospective students and education agents including trainings

· Other pre-enrolment tasks

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience in student admissions, education services, or customer support preferred
Tech-savvy with tools like Dropbox, CRM systems, and email platforms
Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about education
