About the role

ReSource Pro Operational Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Workday Expert to join our Information & Communication Technology team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a Workday Expert, you will play a critical role in managing, optimising, and supporting our Workday enterprise resource planning system. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our Workday platform, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. This position is essential to our digital transformation initiatives and will directly impact the efficiency of our business operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Configure, deploy, and maintain Workday modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, and Payroll to meet organisational requirements

2. Perform system administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, data governance, and access controls

3. Analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday system solutions and configurations

4. Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues and escalate complex problems to Workday support when necessary

5. Design and implement Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable business intelligence

6. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users across the organisation

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Human Resources, and IT to ensure seamless system integration

8. Monitor system performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement process improvements

9. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and business processes

10. Stay current with Workday updates, new features, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday implementations and administration

2. Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financial Management modules

3. Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer and Analytics

4. Experience with system integration and data migration

5. Solid understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business processes

6. Workday certification (Workday Certified Administrator or relevant functional certification) is highly desirable

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment

8. Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail

10. Familiarity with SQL and scripting languages is a plus

11. Experience in a Philippines or Southeast Asia business environment is advantageous
