Clinic Nurse/Receptionist

Job Summary:

The Nurse plays a critical role in delivering primary healthcare services under the ICM Community Health Program and PhilHealth Konsulta Program. This includes assisting physicians, managing patient care, performing clinical procedures, ensuring compliance with PhilHealth Konsulta guidelines and other regulatory requirements including ICM Manila Inc. policies, upholding data privacy and medical information confidentiality in all aspects of patient care.

Job Qualification:

• Licensed Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.

• Provider Data Record (PDR) – duly accomplished.

• Performance Commitment (PC) – duly signed.

• Updated PRC License or proof of renewal.

• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health nursing (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of PhilHealth Konsulta Program, data privacy laws, and basic primary care services.

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (preferred).

• Excellent communication and patient education skills.

• Willingness to work in underserved or geographically isolated communities.
