Job Summary

The Building and Technical Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance activities across broiler farms to ensure that facilities, equipment, and infrastructure operate efficiently and safely. This role includes planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance teams, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring farm operations run smoothly with minimal downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related technical course

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in poultry farms or agricultural facilities

• Strong knowledge of farm infrastructure, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and building maintenance

• Proficient in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair techniques

• Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to stay on-site at the farm

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across all broiler farm facilities, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for farm equipment, buildings, and utilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

• Coordinate with farm management to prioritize maintenance activities and address urgent issues promptly

• Monitor and maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all maintenance operations

• Identify areas for improvement in farm infrastructure and recommend upgrades or modifications
