Responsible for leading and managing restaurants in the achievement of its business goals, such as sales and profitability targets, food and service quality, competitive marketing plans and strategies, adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards, people management and development.
Job Qualifications:
· Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business related courses
· With at least 2-3 years experience in managing restaurant or fast food chain
· Has business knowledge on restaurant staffing and costing
· Strong People Skills
· Customer service-oriented
· Good communication and organizational skills
