QA Officer
Monitor that all standards being followed
Documentations, Verify reports of monitoring submitted by the supervisors
Strict implementation of GMP & personal hygiene
Sample preparations & 3rd party laboratory test for some buyers with requirements.
Check raw materials and check COA.
Conduct orientation for new employees
Keep all monitoring records submitted after verifying it
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Chemistry or Food Technology
With at least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in a food manufacturing
Knowledgeable GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Management Systems.
Detail -oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Willing to be assigned in a manufacturing environment
