Job Description of a Paralegal
Typical responsibilities include:
Conducting legal research using statutes, regulations, and case law
Drafting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence
Organizing and maintaining case files and legal records
Assisting lawyers in preparing for trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions
Interviewing clients and witnesses to gather information

Qualifications of a Paralegal
Educational Requirements
