Qualifications:
At least a 2‑year college education in any course
Preferably with knowledge in Sales
With at least 2 years solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code of 12/AB
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assures attainment of key performance set by management through setting objectives, tracking measures & problem solving
Attends and participates to the supervisor's morning huddle before routing
Receives from the supervisor his day's assignment (e.g. planned sales calls, collection schedule, etc.)
Prepares complete documents and sales kit
Check the actual load quantity and delivery documents, and acknowledge Salesman Withdrawal Slip checked by the Stock Custodian
Maximize selling efforts to achieve / exceed sales target
Execute all promotions and recommended potential programs to increase sales
Comply with the trade account policy (e.g. deals, discounts)
Collect the payments from customers and properly fill out necessary invoice.
Emphasize stock rotation, proper storage, and careful handling techniques with the outlets
Submit report with supporting documents to Territory Development Supervisor (TDS) for the review of transactions
Submit report with supporting documents to Accounts Receivable Analyst for settlement of transactions.
