Pool Attendant
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and provide courteous assistance at the pool area.
Ensure the swimming pool, pool deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Distribute, collect, and replenish towels and other pool amenities.
Monitor pool activities and ensure guests comply with pool rules and safety regulations.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Provide basic first aid assistance and respond appropriately during emergencies following company procedures.
Support other operational tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, lift, and move pool equipment throughout the shift.
Knowledge of pool safety procedures is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
