Technical Support Representative
Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is looking for a technically skilled individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
About Us: We are a service-oriented company that offers a wide range of products and services, from printer consumables, repair and service maintenance, printers, computers, and peripherals.
About the Role: Technical support representatives troubleshoot technical issues specifically printer unit problems, provide timely customer feedback, and support the technical team, among other duties. Among the responsibilities of the role are:
Provide adequate technical assistance and answer user inquiries on printer-related issues;
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues;
Identify and implement appropriate solutions to the problem.
Provide timely and accurate customer feedback and follow-up to ensure problem resolution.
Follow up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
About You: The ideal candidate must have the following:
Graduates of any related course –computer, electronics, associate, or vocational course are welcome
Prior experience in technical support or a similar role
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
