Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting & Data Analyst who can transform raw data into accurate reports, structured Excel files, and compelling client-ready presentations. This role plays a critical part in delivering clear insights and professional business review decks to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and deliver client-facing reports with high accuracy.
· Analyze and organize large datasets using Excel.
· Build and maintain clean, structured, and easy-to-read reports.
· Create PowerPoint business review decks for client presentations.
· Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights.
· Perform data reconciliation and explain discrepancies between datasets.
· Ensure all reports and presentations are professional, consistent, and error-free.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are met.
Qualifications
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data cleaning, reporting).
· Strong skills in PowerPoint presentation creation.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
· Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data clearly.
